Tim Gilmore is Managing Director of Gilmore Stones Associates. He is a Chartered Engineer and a full member of CIBSE and ASHRAE, and is registered as a European Engineer with FEANI and he has gained an MSc in Building Services Engineering Management from Brunel University and B.Eng(Hons) in Building Services Engineering from UMIST.

He has a broad spectrum of experience having worked for manufacturing companies, small consultancies, large international practices and local and NHS authorities.

Projects include satellite tracking station, energy efficient kilns, call centres, a wide variety of healthcare projects, shopping centres, retail areas, football stadia, distribution centres and company headquarters and low environmental impact ranger station.

Engineering services have included lift replacements, thermosyphon chiller installations, combined heat and power installations, as well as heating, electrical services, hot and cold water and CCTV schemes.
